Q. How can I book Casa Marcia?

A. Go to the Availability page, search for the dates you'd like to stay. If the villa is available you'll be given the price, simply press the Book button and enter your details.

Q. Do you accept credit/debit cards?

A. Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer, but we can also accept credit card payments. Please contact us for details.

Q. What days are changeover days?

A. We're flexible on these so you can book the holiday and flights that suit you.

Q, Are beach towels included?

A. Bath and hand towels are provided and laundered. Beach towels are available but their use is conditional upon you washing and drying them before you leave, otherwise a surcharge will be applied.

Q. What time can I check in/out?

A. We like to be as flexible as we can so you can enjoy every hour of your holiday - if we can accommodate early check in or late check out we will do so without charge. However if there is someone else arriving the same day then you'll need to vacate by 10:00 am. Similarly, if someone is leaving on the day that you arrive, you may not be able to arrive before 16:00. This is to allow time for the villa to be cleaned and prepared between guests. Please ask at the time of booking.

Q. Do you offer discounts?

A. For long stays, multiple bookings and repeat customers we're happy to offer discounts - please get in touch to discuss.

Q. Can I pay in installments?

A. A deposit of £250 is due at the time of booking, the balance must be payed 90 days before your holiday.

Q. Can you recommend car hire/restaurants/bars etc.

A. Yes please see our Cala en Porter page. When you book we also provide you with a guide to the villa, shops, bars and restaurants.

Q. How long is the flight to and from the UK?

A. Usually about 2hrs 20m

Q. Which airports and airlines can I use?

A. You will need to fly to Menorca Mahon (MAH). From the UK you can find flights from most airports. Easyjet, British Airways, Ryanair, Vueling, Jet2, Iberia, Thomson and more all fly to Mahon. The airport is just a 15min/25€ taxi ride from Casa Marcia or easy to find if you hire a car.
